The actual graphics are really good but the game keeps exiting out when the baby is just born. Its a cool app but I would spend it on a different game

Only one scenario for the $0.99 isnt worth it. Should also have different scenarios like c-section, epidural, forceps delivery, etc.

It still crashes at beginning on my iPad and still cannot play. Good graphics.
